Our advice is based entirely on what is best for you. Where we refer clients to our trusted installer network, this is based solely on quality and licensing — not commercial arrangements. That independence is the foundation of everything we do.
The KSh 5,000 design fee is refundable if you confirm and carry out your solar installation through one of our recommended supplier and installer partners. This is because we earn a referral when you go through our network, which covers the design cost. If you choose to use a different installer — which you are entirely free to do — the fee is retained. Either way, the design report is yours to keep and use with any installer you choose.

The full home solar system design is delivered within 7–10 business days after we receive all required information from you — your electricity bills, appliance list, roof details, and backup expectations. We will confirm the exact timeline and information requirements when we scope the engagement.
Yes. We work with NGOs, international development organisations, county government agencies, schools, healthcare facilities, and community-based organisations across Kenya. We can provide formal proposals, letters of engagement, invoices in the required format, and all documentation needed for procurement compliance and donor reporting.
